Pattern glass is a flat glass manufactured by calendering method. Before the glass is hardened, the patterned roller is pressed on one or both sides of the glass to form a single-sided or double-sided patterned glass.

The surface of the patterned glass is pressed with various patterns of different shades. Since the surface is uneven, the light is diffused when it is transmitted. Therefore, when the object on the other side is viewed from one side of the glass, the object image is blurred. This kind of glass is not transparent. In addition, the patterned glass has a variety of squares, dots, diamonds, strips and other patterns, which are very beautiful, so they also have a good artistic decoration effect.

The opaqueness of embossed glass varies depending on the pattern and distance.

1. How to get a quotation

We need some time for calculation. As a result, we can't provide any price reference via phone. Information required for quotation differs among the different types of items.

The major as follow: 

a. Which process and product type? 
b. Material and Size. 
c. Logo color. 
d. Order quantity.

2. Want to place order

(1). After confirmed quotation, we will issue proforma invoice for client to sign back. 
(2). Send the glass Technical Specification via email. 
(3). After production glass approved, please arrange 50% deposit before proceed sample production or mass production. 
(4). if need to make the sample confirmation, we will send the samples or take the sample photo to client for approved about 7 working days. 
(5). Production time will base on the order quantity. We will send notice email with product photo to client before delivery.

3. Do you accept small order

Any order quantity is welcome. But some type of products are high cost that not suitable small order.

4. What is the payment method

We accept paypal, Western Union or T/T. Details will advise after confirmation the order. 

5. Want to get free samples

Sure you can. Please send your request via email. 

6. What is the shipping methods

For small amount, usually send by air shipping. (DHL/UPS/Fedex) Take 4-5 working days.
For large amount, usually delivery by ship. (FOB/CNF/CIF) Take around 25-30 working days(Depend on which country )

7, What glass file format should I provide

The clear file such as Dxf.ai, .pdf, .psd or .cdr format file is the best.
