Quality control process
Design
The ODM order requires the customer to provide corresponding requirements and technical conditions. Our company makes 1-3 plans according to the requirements and conditions. The customer chooses a satisfactory plan ,then we start the design, and our company sends the design to the customer for review until it is qualified.
Review of technical data
We receive from customers drawings & corresponding technical conditions of ODM/OEM orsers.Review the required production process and processing technical requirements;If the customer's technical conditions not neat or drawings do not support the production and manufacturing, We will communicate with customer, then ask customer to improve technical conditions and send to us,if the drawing does not support the production and processing, such as wall thickness is not enough, assembly interference, etc., so customer need modify the scheme or customer agree to our changes;Our service centre will timely interact with customers, and we will mobilize all resources to meet customer needs.
Orders and manufacturing
We receive from customers drawings & corresponding technical conditions of ODM/OEM orders.The production department controls time, schedule, quality according to the production plan, all control according to the ISO9001 quality management system , the use of incoming material inspection, process inspection, incoming inspection, shipment inspection and order product processing process review is for quality control.
