Lamking TPU High and Low temperature film is applying combination process to combine high temperature TPU film and low temperature TPU hot melt adhesive film together. The high-temperature side is used as currier, which can be coating with PU colors and other patterns on the surface, and the low-temperature side is used to laminate/coat with hot melt adhesive materials which can achieve to seamless/no-sewing bonding to the shoe fabric and make the fabric more soft-feeling and more comfortable. And there are many different colors and patterns available and some other colors, designations, or patterns like Reflective effective, Glow-in-dark effective, Hologram, Glitter and Color-changed can be customized.

(1) TPU high and low temperature film is widely applied because of its good features such as simple-appearance, soft-feeling, high elasticity, three-dimensional-effect (thickness), easy-operation, which is applied in the areas: shoes-upper, shoes tongue mark, bags, stationery, sporting equipment, etc.

1. How do I learn about the PU heat transfer vinyl?
PU heat transfer vinyl is composited with PU layer, PET self-adhesive cover and coated with hot melt adhesive film, it is widely used in garment and sport wear for the logos, labels and letters designed, especially for the DIY customized designations.
2. How do I learn about hot melt adhesive film?
It is an adhesive film with release paper. The film is solid in room temperature and it would melt when heated to get its melt point, it is used to bond many materials, Different materials of hot melt adhesive film get different performances and different usages.
