Product Components:
Ultrasonic pipeline:The meter’s body (pipe) structure has no mechanical moving parts and no wear/tear. Which makes it maintenance free. It is resistant to any disturbance of ripple flow, which make the measurement highly accurate. The structure of the pipe is simply built to overcome the high pressure loss and eliminates any leakage.

Transducer:Adopting High-performance piezoelectric devices, makes the metervery stable and highly accurate. The reflector material is stainless steel which prevents all sediments wear resistance, impact resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance... etc

Calculator:
Receive signals from flow sensors and temperature sensors for flow calculation, storage, display systems, data transmission, etc.

Installation and precautions
General requirements for installation
1. Note; This installation manual is compiled for trained personnel, so it does not introduce the basic operating steps. The thermal cycle system must be a mechanical forced circulation system. The natural circulation in the thermal cycle system cannot meet the pressure loss requirements of the heat meter.
2. The heat meter must be installed in a dry and accessible place.
3. Use a professional installation tool to install the heat meter.
4. The heat meter can be installed on the water inlet pipe or the return water pipe (the factory default is installed on the water inlet pipe, if it is installed on the return water pipe, it must be clearly stated before ordering). When installing, pay attention to the direction of the medium flow of the pipeline and the direction of the arrow shown on the body of the heat meter.
Special Note: Regardless of whether the heat meter is installed on the water inlet or return pipe, its temperature sensor must be connected correctly (the red label is the water inlet temperature sensor and the blue label is the return water temperature sensor).

5, the installation position of the heat meter
M-1 and M-2 in the figure show the correct installation method (M-1 is horizontal installation and M-2 is vertical installation). The heat meter is installed under the pipe. Air bubbles affect measurement accuracy.
M-3 and M-4 in the figure show the wrong installation method. The M-3 installation method is easy to accumulate air bubbles and affect the measurement accuracy. Although the M-4 is a vertical installation method, there is no back pressure at the back end of the meter. As a result, the fluid cannot completely fill the pipeline, which affects the measurement accuracy.
6. The direction of the pipeline should be as horizontal as possible, and the cross-sectional area of the pipeline should not change greatly.
7. To ensure the accuracy of the meter, the cable of the heat meter temperature sensor must not be cut or lengthened.
8. When the heat meters on each floor are installed in the same vertical position, there should be a partition between each set of meters to prevent water leakage or debris from damaging the meters.
9. The horizontal installation of the heat meter is the best installation position, which is conducive to the normal work of the meter.
10. It is recommended that the meter be installed in a special meter box, and the meter box is equipped with a lock to prevent damage.
11. The battery must be replaced by a professional.
