Integrated sewage treatment equipment
The sludge dehydrator (sludge filter press) is equipped with a vertical thickening and pre dehydration unit, which enables the dehydrator to flexibly handle different kinds of sludge. The sludge concentration can be from 1% to 8%, and the sludge dryness can be more than 20%. The vertical driving unit is used in the concentration section and the pressure filter section, and different types of filter belts are used respectively. The whole frame of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and the bearing is made of high polymer wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material, which makes the dehydrator more durable and reliable, with less maintenance.
