The China made RS3021CJ electronic tube is coaxial with a cermet structure power transistor and its cooling method is water cooling. The maximum operating frequency is 120MHz, the maximum anode dissipation power is 10kW, and the maximum oscillating power of the anode is up to 20kW. This tube type is mainly used for Class B RF amplifiers or industrial high-frequency heating equipment.
