It is a compact placing machine that offers the flexibility (component flexibility, PCB flexibility and production flexibility) and high speed to meet the demands of an ever-changing market.

Note
There are two versions of NeoDen4, with rails and without rails. The main difference between these two models is fixation method.
The version without rails will use magnetic pins and bars to fix board, the version with rails could use auto rails to advance
board automatically.
The maximum PCB size of with rails version is 310*1,500mm, without rails version is 350*400mm.
The advantage for with rails version is that it could help to handle max 1.5m long board and connect with a conveyor to achieve a continuous SMT line, if you board is not that long, both versions will be workable.

1. Four Precision Heads
4 high-precision placement heads with ±180° rotation that adopts suspended, fully symmetric and high degree of coupling way, to ensure mounting components with higher space, more gentle and more accurate.
