Luobinsen was established in 2008, headquartered in Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, established a branch in Guizhou in 2018. The company has always been focused on power technology innovation and market development, after ten years of development, it has become a leading domestic manufacturer of new energy vehicle charging equipment. Luobinsen is the first company in China to invent and apply 450kW high power fast charging charger, Luobinsen promoted European standard charger very early in China and exported them to 26 overseas countries.
