Toxicity
Acute oral ld502125mg/kg, acute percutaneous ld50>3000mg/kg, acute inhalation LC50 (4h) > 4000 mg/m of penconazole original drug rats; No irritation to rabbit eyes and skin; Guinea pig skin has no sensitization. The maximum ineffective dose of subchronic toxicity test for male rats fed for 3 months is 300ppm；. The maximum ineffective dose of chronic feeding toxicity test for 2 years in rats was 3.8 mg/kg d; No teratogenic, mutagenic or carcinogenic effects on test animals were found. The acute oral and acute percutaneous ld50 of penconazole 10% EC rats were all > 2000mg/kg, and acute inhalation LC50 (4h) > 4000 mg/m; No irritation torabbit eyes and skin; Guinea pig skin has no sensitization. Both penconazole's original drug and 10% emulsifiable concentrate are low toxic fungicides.
Application
Dosage: effective concentration: 20-40mg/kg (dilution ratio of penconazole 10% emulsifiable concentrate: 2500-5000 times), and application is started at the initial stage of disease. The application method is page spray. The safe interval is 30 days before grape harvest, and the maximum number of times of medication is 3 times per season. The recommended dosage is safe for crops and no drug damage is found.
