ABS plastic is a terpolymer of acrylic (A), Butadiene (B), styrene (S). ABS has the common properties of three components, chemical corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and certain surface hardness, high elasticity and toughness, thermoplastic processing and molding properties and improve electrical properties. ABS plastics have been widely used in machinery, electrical, textile, automobile, aircraft, ship and other manufacturing industries and chemical industries.
Material Description
Polycarbonate is colorless and transparent,heatresistant,shock resistant, flame retardant, and has good mechanical properties in normal service temperature. Good processing performance and UL94V0 flame retardant without additive.
PMMA
The relative density of acrylic is 1.19 ≤ 1.20, the refractive index is1.482≤1.521,thehumidityabsorption is less than 0.5%, and the glass transition temperature is 105 ℃. With the advantages of high transparency, low price, easy machining and so on, it is a common glass substitute material.
