CNC router with spindle and CCD camera and oscillating knife is a newly developed machine by our company, which combine CNC spindle cutting, oscillating knife cutting and CCD camera. It's very popular use in sign making and advertising industry.

CNC router spindle head is used for smart cutting, routing, carving, grooving, drilling on popular woodworking or advertising projects: Wood arts, wood crafts, wood signs, wood gifts, wood toys, cabinet making, wood door making, wardrobe and other wood furniture production. It applied to cut hard advertising materials, such as wood,acrylic,plastic,etc.

Oscillating knife is used for high-precision cutting of heavier flexible and semi-rigid materials. Oscillating knife is carried on the multi-tool cutting head–Vibration knife, Oblique knife, Circular knife, Punching knife, Milling knife, Punch roller and Marking pen. CCD Camera is for precise positioning, CCD camera scan,detect and recognize printed contour, or pick up printed registration marks and cut the chosen designs with fast speed and high accuracy. Oscillating knife cutting is also called CNC knife cutter, CNC knife cutter Machine, Knife Cutter, Knife Cutting Machine, CNC knife cutting table. At home, out shopping, on vacation, in the streets, in a car or on an airplane – we are constantly surrounded by products likely to have come off a knife cutter. Application:

1. we equipped our machine with the Famous brand Japan Yaskawa servo,and HSD 9kw aircooling ATC spindle,can achieve deep carving work with high precision stably and smoothly.

2.It is mainly used for acrylic,mdf ,pvc board processing, wave board production,various types of artificial board shaped cutting, neon channel literally cutting light box molding, aluminum acrylic cutting.

3.Oscillating knife: Especially for cutting flexible material PVC, KT board, thick foam, aluminium-plastic composite panel, polypropylene hollow sheet, foot pad,leather.

4.CCD System:Automatic tracing-edge CCD camera. It use Four-point positioning technology for label cutting.

Perfect for sign making, such as channel letters carving.also used for door and furniture carving.

 

Technical Features:

1. The machine adopts gantry movement, it can process any kinds of materials freely.
2. Three axes adopt Taiwan Hiwin high precision square guide rails; X and Y axes adopt helical rack and pinion transmission, better than vertical rack and pinion, fast speed, high efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts Twain TBI ball screw, with high precision and longevity.
3. Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3 /Artcam /Castmate /Ucancam /Vcarve etc.
4. Combine the functions of spindle cutting, CCD camera and oscillating knife cutting.
5. Adopting advanced integrated Leetro control system, which could control both CNC spindle and oscillating knife cutting.
6. Dust collector will clean up the carving residuum and make the operations tidier and more convenient.
7. Vacuum table with vacuum pump could fix the materials steadily.
