Q1.How does the lock get powered and how long can it last?
This lock is powered with 4 AA battery, 4 pcs new alkalinity batteriescan be used over 10,000 times opening, about 12 months.
Q2.What to do when battery is run out?
Lock will “beep” to prompt when power is lower than 3.5V,please change the battery when it alarm. Lock still can be opened about 200 times after it prompt.If battery is not working,use the backup key to open the door.
Q3.How to open the lock if the card is not work or there is something wrong with the electronic part?
Each lock is equipped with 2 mechanical keys.
