About the Subcritical water extraction machine
Subcritical water, also known as super heated water, high-pressure hot water or hot liquid water, refers to the water is heated to a high temperature above 100 ℃ and below 374 ℃ under a certain pressure, and the water remains in a liquid state.
In the subcritical state, with the increase of temperature, the hydrogen bond of subcritical water is opened or weakened, so that the water can be extracted from high to low. In this way, the temperature and pressure of subcritical water can be controlled to change the polarity of water in a large range, so as to realize the continuous extraction of effective components from water-soluble components to fat soluble components in natural products, and realize the selective extraction.
