       1. Purchased a new mold temperature machine, please check whether the cooling water is in circulation before use, and prevent damage to the mold temperature machine due to insufficient cooling water.We should keep the working environment of the mould temperature machine clean and avoid dust, which can greatly prolong the service life of the electric components of the mould temperature machine.

        2. New mould temperature machine, we should make different maintenance measures according to the heat conduction medium used.For the medium to be water, we need to keep the water clean, so that it is not easy to scale, and can prevent the pipeline blockage.For medium is oil, we should according to the using temperature, change regularly, for more than 200 ℃, a month or two we will regularly change time, and under 200 ℃, we may need to be replaced once a quarter or so, so it is good to avoid the temperature with no problems.

        3. In terms of piping, we want to according to the relationship of pumping and pressure, judge whether the pipeline jam phenomenon, if the pressure is too small, we can remove the heat pipes and tools clean, especially the entrance to the filter net system, had better be cleaned once a month.

        4. Regularly check whether the pump and oil pump are leaking oil. If necessary, the pump shaft seal can be replaced regularly.

        5. On the electrical components, we can replace them timely according to the service life of the components, and test them regularly to ensure the safety.
