GH018-F Type fully-automatic high speed spools sewing thread winding machine is suitable for winding sewing thread, nylon thread, high strength wire and other materials. This machine adopts automatic feeding and winding system. It has the functions of computer automatic counting length, frequency conversion speed regulation, cam type wire device and oil pump circulating oiling device. It has good forming, high efficiency, convenient operation, safe and reliable, and wide use.

9. The circulating oil loading system can directly set different tanker speeds, and with stable linear speed, the oil loading can be even. Each spindle is always in full oil level. Each tanker is equipped with a filter device to prevent oil spraying and waste. Large reflow tank and oil baffle can undertake the back flow of floss and oil produced in operation and filter the ground without pollution. Portable filter screen, easy to clean.

10. Small area, fast speed and 5-6 times more efficient than traditional machines. High levels of automation greatly reduce the number of workers. A single machine can rewinding 5KG yarn per hour, calculated according to 22 hours, each output is about 110KG per day.
