This machine is special design for lithium battery separator film which requires low tension with high accurance. The
machine is work with production line which will produce wide web jumbo roll.

1)It can achieve low tension with high precision control, low tension fluctuation, high efficiency and good qualified product rate. It is the harmony of high configuration and soft technology.
2) Machine designed according to the material characteristics, the problems of warping edge, swinging edge, wavy edge and influence of thickness tolerance are effectively solved. The edge precision±0.5mm.
3) Adopt center rewinding with individual rewinding station. The linear rewinding type wil keep the constant tension and pressure during rewinding diameter increase.
4) Each rewinding station is equipped with servo motor for independent tension control to ensure rewinding quality.
5) Unwinding tension 10N-49N adjustable. Tension precision 1N.
6) Special design slitting system to ensure the high precision. Slitting width accuracy ±0.2mm.
