Q1. Are you manufacturer or a trading company?

We are professional faucet and bathroom accessories manufacturer with 3 factories. One is OMASA company focusing on designing, developing, manufacturing and selling faucets and bathroom accessories. Second one is Eurounion company specializing in producing faucet handles. Also, we have an electroplating factory to make the chrome and other finish for faucets.

Q2. If I want to visit OMASA factory, can you arrange transportation for me?

Warmly welcome to visit us! Our factories are located in Shuikou Town, Kaiping City, Guangdong Province. It will takeabout 2 hours from Guangzhou city to our company by bus, and about 1.5 hours from Foshan City to our company. Wecan arrange our driver to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to pick you up, or pick you up from your hotel whenyou arrived in Guangzhou or Foshan.

Q3. Can you print our brand on the products?

Yes, we can laser print customer’ s logo on the products with their approval. Customers need to offer us a legal logo registration copy and logo usage authorization letter to authorize us to print the logo on the products.

Q4. Can we use our own packaging ?

Yes, you can offer us your own packaging design, we will make the packaging as your requirement. If you do not have packaging design, you can inform us your ideas, we will help you to design your own packaging.

Q5. Can we get samples from you for checking and testing?

We can offer samples, and customers pay the sample fee and freight charge, but we will refund the sample fee to customers in their mass production order.

Q6. Does your factory have the design and development capability, we need the customized products?

The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry. We can make customized products especially for you, please kindly contact with us for more details.

Q7. How is your factory production capability?

OMASA has full production lines including gravity casting line, machining line, polishing line, plating line and assembling line. We can manufacture products up to 300,000 PCS per month.

Q8. What product certification does your factory have?

We have CE certificate and ACS certificate, more certificates are applying.
