Small FD freeze dryer and test machine (FD1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 50) adopt single cold hydrazine water impingement ice melting system.
After each batch of drying, the ice on the surface of cold hydrazine melts quickly with hot water. After 30 minutes, the ice water can be discharged clean, and then transferred to the next batch of production. The single cooling hydrazine ice melting system ensures the lowest cost of equipment investment.

Large and medium-sized FD freeze dryer (FD50, 100, 150, 200) uses polyhydrazine continuous ice melting system.
There is an isolation valve between each cold hydrazine and the drying tank. When melting ice, the isolation valve is closed once, and the water vapor from the negative pressure steam generator is used for deicing.

After ice melting, cold hydrazine condenses again to the working temperature until it reaches the original working vacuum, and cold hydrazine turns into working state again.

The polyhydrazine system has the following characteristics:

1) The condensation capacity of cold hydrazine is constant.

2) The ice layer of cold hydrazine becomes thinner and the refrigeration energy consumption decreases with high condensation efficiency.

3) The drying batch shutdown time is short and the production output is increased.

The multi-cold hydrazine system ensures the lowest operating cost of the equipment.
