Q1. What’s the main product does YiLink manufacture?

A: Rechargeable battery: Li-ion pack, Lipo battery and LiFePO4 battery pack.

Q2. Can I have a sample order before bulk order?
A. Yes, we provide samples for testing and check quality.

Q3. What about the lead time?
A. Samples needs 5~15 days, mass production time is around 30 days, it depends on order quantity.

Q4. Do you have MOQ limit?
A. Yes, we have MOQ limit; 1~10pcs samples is acceptable. Mass production depend on the different model number and existing battery in stock, pls confirm with sales man.

Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A. Samples can be ship by UPS, FedEx express; it usually takes 5-7 days. Mass production order can be ship by Air transport, Sea transport and special line (Air transport + express).

Q6. How to proceed with an order?
A. 1) we need to know your requirements (voltage, capacity, wire length and connector part number) and application.

2) Then quote based on your requirements.

3) You place an order and pay the deposit; we start to arrange the production.

Q7. Can you print my logo on the product?
A. Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8. Which certificates do you have?
A: Due to each battery model has different existing certificates, so pls tell us the model number to confirm.
