Maydos hot melt marking paint is currently being widely used around the world to promote the use of a new road safety marking paint.. Maydos hot melt marking paint is made of the petroleum resin, EVA, PE,wax,pigments and other materials . It is powder form at normal temperature,, heated to 180 - 200 ℃ by hot - melt kettle,, while stirring 3 - 5 minutes to be flow state,and apply to the road to form a solid coating , with a linear full,strong wear resistance and other characteristics,, the construction of surface spray reflective beads, at night with a good reflective effect, is widely used in highways and urban roads..

How to use
The application standards (marking thickness and reflective coefficient requirements
1.Road marking line paint application thickness: a. 1.8 ~ 2.0mm b.1.5 ~ 1.8mm c.3.0mm
Road marking application thickness requirements are generally 1.8mm; 3.0mm thickness is a special case requirements (generally very few, used in the longitudinal speed line);
2.Parking lot marking line paint application thickness: a.1.5 ~ 1.8mm b. 1.3 ~ 1.5mm Recommended in the thickness between 1.5 ~ 1.8mm; less than 1.5mm thickness, the glass beads sticky will lead to easy to fall;
3.The reflectance on the mark line depends on the glass beads of marking paint containing 10% and 20%; Glass beads containing for mark line paint - reflective type mark line paint, crossed at the same time by another sowing device sowing glass beads to get better reflective effect of higher reflection coefficient, basically applied to municipal road construction; Normal type mark line paint does not contain glass beads, only in the crossed at the same time the glass beads penetrate the standard line and produce a reflective effect on the surface through the sowing device.
Hot melt marking line application process
