 Q:What is your deliver time?  

  A: Normally, 30-60 days for production after receiving your deposit.

 Q:What are your payment terms?  

  A: In generally, we accept 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance  against the shipping documents.

 Q:Can you provide free sample?  

  A: Free sample for our original products, shipping charge on buyer's cost, OEM designs will charge according to the design, the sample charge will be refunded once we get your bulk order

 Q:Does the company get the factory audit?  

  A:Yes, we has our own BSCI certification.

 Q:Is it OK to print my logo on my product? 

  A:Yes, we can print your logo on the product, any color, any size, any location.

 Q:Where do you ship from?  

  A: Mostly all products will be shipped from SHENZHEN Port,if you need to ship from other city or port, pls contact us for further confirmation.
