1.Raw material: To ensure the best quality, we produce the products using high-quality raw materials with standard producing technique under strict quality management.
2.Cutting: Royal have improved the latest product line,including two double head saw , 1 CNC cutting machine , 2 plate cutting machine.
3.Punching: Royal has 1 * 1.8m long punching machine , 8* 20T punching machines 3*100T punching machines, can provide all kinds of holes on differently materials.
4.DRILLING: Royal has 3 row drilling machine,which are operated by skilled worker.
5. WELDING: ROYAL has 6 aluminum welding machines , 5 steel welding machines , and one welding robot.
6. POWER COATING PRETREATMENT: Before power coating, the aluminium materials will be pretreated by removing oil, water cleaning, chromating..
7. POWER COATING: The power coating, we use Axalta Coating Systems.
8. QUALITY INSPECTION: Test the quality of products by certain inspection methods,guarantee that unqualified products are not shipped.
Packaging & Shipping
1 : Every piece was packed with thermal shrinkage film or plastics bag and carton board.
2: Stacked together on the steel pallet and bined with packing tape.
3: The whole pallet was wrapped with film again.
4: Post was filled into strong carton box and stacked on the pallets.
5: Post pallets were wrapped with film totally.
6 : Then they were carefully lifted with forklift into container.

1:Just to be certain, is the table top truly cast aluminum and are not just aluminum straps similar to what is sold in the 'big box' stores?
It is truly cast aluminum.
2:Is the set heavy? We live in a windy area.
Cast aluminum,not real heavy but you have to pick it up with a little effort to move it.I feel you wouldn't have to worry about wind pushing chairs or table.
3:Does table have hole for umbrella?
Our factory can custom the hole by your request,the size hole for the an umbrella.
4:How well will this hold up when left outside all year round including New England snow.
