A1:We're professional manufacturer of hydroponics equipment with over 15 years experience in this market since founded in 1999. 

Q2. What should i do if i want a quote?

A2:Please kindly contact our sales and provide us your envelope size, quantity, material. If you need customized printing, please help to provide your logo design as well.

Q3. What is your payment term?

A3:For small order, we accept Paypal, Western Union. Large order we allow 30% T/T deposit paid when placing the order and the balance paid before shipping.

Q4. What is the lead time?

A4:The time depends on your quantity, but usually, 3-5 work days will be completed for sample order, Bulk order will be finished in 20-25 days 

Q5. Can I print my company logo and customized color?

A5: Yes, custom color and logo is welcome,please send the vector files for the logo and tell us the PMS color.

Q6.How to handle shipment?

A6:You could assign a shipment company to pick up your good. Or we introduce some our local shipment companies to you. And then you talk with them about all transportation details. They could deliver goods to all over the world by sea or by air. It's better that a logistics company could become your agency here. They could check your goods and pay us for you. Furthermore, the logistics company can do customs clearance for you.
