Product Features / Uses:

The HV-30 Micro Vickers Hardness Tester adopts a monolithically cast shell. The punching and alignment adopts a knife-type straight-through to ensure the concentricity of various hole positions, which is good for the high precision and high stability of the machine basis. The hardness tester light source adopts a special high-quality imaging light source system on the metallographic microscope, and the brightness of the light field is uniform and clear, thereby reducing the measurement error of the printing indentation. The operation interface adopts a menu-style humanized structure, and the hardness scale HV or HK can be selected on the operation panel, the hardness value of the test is input, and the display is manually input. Various hardness values can be converted to each other. The objective lens and the indenter are motorized converted and positioned.
