1.When can I pick up my flyboard after purchase?

 2.Does the flyboard come with a propulsion unit?

No, the flyboard does not come with a propulsion unit. it is an accessory to a PWC. 

3.How old do you have to be to fly the flyboard?

The minimum age for the Gather sport board at this time is 18 years old.

4.What is the Electronic Management Kit? Is the kit included?

The Electronic Management Kit or EMK is a unit attached to the right hand nozzle. It is a trigger style throttle mechanism that is attached to the PWC and allows the Gather sport board user to fully control the RPM on the personal watercraft. With a simple push of a button the EMK can be turned on and off and then be used as a two person system and the Gather sport board can be controlled by the Instructor or Operator on the PWC to control RPM. The EMK is not included. 

5.Does it danger the aquatic environment?

No, the flyboard do not harm the envoiroment in any way when used by a responsible rider. 

6.What type of watercraft or PWC (Personal Watercraft) is recommended for the best results?

There is no certain brand or model that is recommended. The adapter plate that allows you to connect the  fly board to your own PWC will fit all major brands and models. As long as your PWC is more than 100HP then you’re ready to Gather sport board! Better 130HP to 220HP 

7.How deep does the water need to be to flyboard?

It is required that there be a minimum depth of 8 feet of water when flying at or below 15 feet, and a minimum depth of 12 feet of water when flying at heights of 15 feet and above. 

8.Will the flyboard work in saltwater?

Yes!  it works in both salt and fresh water. When being used in salt water, just be sure to rinse off the entire the board after every use with fresh water.
