Q1. What is your service?
We provide small to big MOQ service to support retail shops and wholesale business. We offer one-stop solution for your shoe business. If you fail to find the shoe you want, please feel free to contact us!
Q2. What is your MOQ? Small moq service with customized logo on our styles is offered: 20prs/color
Big moq service on customized design or our style is offered, buyer can choose both way make his own brand/logo and packagings: 480prs/color
Q3. Can I order sample to check your quality? Yes, we can send available sample in 3 days.
Q4. Can I add my logo or customize my own design? Can you make design for us? Yes, we can put your logo on our styles or to develop your own design. We offer free design & CAD if you provide us your logo. New developing customized sample need 10-15 days after all details for the design confirmed.
Q5. Do I need to pay for sample?
Free sample is offered if you make order meet our MOQ requests. Before placing sample order, 50$/pairof sample fee is required, buyer need to pay express charge for samples.
Q6. Do you have models in stock?
We have more than 90% styles in stock ready to ship. 50% styles can make with customized LOGO. Meanwhile, we keep updating new styles to meet markets need.
Q7. Can I adjust the price?
Yes, there’re different prices range for different quantities, please contact our sales team to get competitiveprices if you order more.
Q8. How can I make the payment? Online Trade Assurance and Secure Payment are welcome. We also accept T/T, MoneyGram, Western Union, Paypal and L/C, etc.
Q9. When will you deliver my order after payment? Our delivery time for small moq is 2-15days.
Our delivery time for mass production order is 45-70days based on order quantities.
Q10. How can I know the freight charges? We have agreement with express and logistics companies to getcheaper freight rate on small MOQ, we can quote freight charges according to order quantity.
For big MOQ trade terms: EXW, FOB XIAMEN for SEA or AIR.
