Maydos PU adhesive is a translucent, solvent based, polyurethane adhesive of medium viscosity. It has outstanding heat resistance and is especially suited for bonding leather, PVC, PU and TPR premoulded sole units in the footwear industry.
Recommended use
1.Attachment of shoe sole units.
2.Bonding of flexible PVC sheet.
3.Repair of PVC inflatable boats.

Directions for use | ||||||||
Surface preparation the grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be cleaned off, surface of bamboo, leather or rubber etc must be matted. | ||||||||
Recommended apply system | ||||||||
Brushing | The effect will be better if stir thoroughly or make the pot inverted repeatedly in order to mix the glue before use. The contacted surface is brushed by the adhesive in thin layer, brushing toward a same aspect for air getting out to strengthen the powerful viscidity. | |||||||
Airing | Wait for 5 to 25 minutes (25 Celsius) after brushing, until the condition is proper to agglutinate. | |||||||
Contacting | Contacting is level one time because the viscidity is super powerful, add pressure or tapping for the super viscidity of continua adhesive. | |||||||

The most suitable temperature and humidity for contacting (bonding): 20°C -30°C, humidity: 55%-75% | ||||||||
Adhesive contains VOC, easily burnt, keep away from fire. Make sure the construction site is well ventilated. | ||||||||
