How to use?

1. Mould:

Suberge one of the mouth tray into the hot water for 10-12 seconds
Place the mouth tray into your mouth, covering your upper teeth
Wait 10-15 seconds and then remove the mouth tray from your mouth
Repeat process for the lower mouth tray

2. Trim:

After moulding both mouth trays, use the scissors to trim any excess plastic

Cutting down the mouth trays at the gum line helps avoid possible irritation caused by friction or rubbing of the mouth trays against the sensitive area

3. Whiten:

Place a small drop of gel on each tooth impression on the upper and lower mouth trays
Place the trays into your mouth, adjust so that your teeth are properly covered and fitted by their corresponding teeth impressions

Cautions:

The water for soften the mouth tary,don't be overheated,65-80℃ is enough
When you have putted the tray into mouth,you need with your finger, Gently form the tray around your teeth by pressing your upper lip against your teeth
