Introduction of Small Jewelry Oven:
This Small Jewelry Oven is the most cost effective bench-top electric furnace. Consists of high quality alumina fiber and heating elements with special design and furnace temperature is controlled by high precision SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy +/- 1 degree C and 51 segments programmable.
It’s an idea furnace for materials sintering, heating, annealing, melting, test, etc in labs of university, research institution and industrial company.
The furnace also perfectly suited for the sintering of technical ceramics, such as zirconia dental bridges, and heat treatment for Jewelry(gemstone), etc.
Main Features of Small Jewelry Oven:
1. Max. Temperature 1700C, working temperature 1200-1600C.
2. Intelligent temperature controller, built in PID auto-tune function with overheating & broken thermocouple broken protection.
3. 51 segments programmable and auto control.
4. Ceramic fibre furnace chamber, to ensure a fast heating rate, and save power.
5. By using special lining import from Japan and heating elements made of pure type molydenum disilicide, products are protected against chemical contamination at the best.
6. Double layers steel casing with fan cooling, to ensure the surface of furnace below 50C, safety for the operator.
7. Low power consumable, exquisite structure and light weight, it is the ideal muffle furnace for material research labs, also used in factory production.
