Q9. How to control the quality?

We always concentrate on quality control to ensure excellent quality. Each piano should be checked four times by different QC. 1st after back frame is completed. 2nd after piano shell painted. 3rd after piano assembled. 4th final complete inspection before packing.

Q10. WARRANTY
All our pianos have one year warranty, ten years guarantee for quality.

If some parts broken in the future, we'll solve the problem according to the situation and ship the parts to our clients. 

So far we have not recieved any complains from our clients in the world.
