Structural principle
Mulit-plate sludge dewatering machine is consisted of fixed ring,movable ring and screw filter parts.This machine is combined with filtration enrichment technology and press technology,sludge concentrate and squeeze can be complated in a cylinder.In concentrate process,the relatived movement of fixed ring and movable ring can squeeze out water quickly,never blocked.In the squeeze process,with the decrease of volume of screw cavity,the pressure will become larger,then the water in sludge will be squeezed out.
Our machine use particular filter model replace the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration method,make the solid-liquid separator and self-cleaning technology more easy and advanced.
Working Principle
1. Concentration : When the screw drive shaft rotation, live in multiple solid drive shaft periphery laminated relative movement,under the force of gravity,Water from the relative motion of laminated filter out in the clearance,Achieve rapid concentrate.
2. Dehydration : After concentrate of sludge as the rotation of the screw axis moves forward constantly ,Follow the direction of the mud cake export , Screw axis of pitch became smaller , The gap between ring and ring also gradually become smaller , Spiral cavity volume shrinking ,Screw drive shaft Pushed by continuous operation in turn ,The water squeezed out of the sludge ,Filter cake solid content increase ,Finally realizes the continuous dehydration of sludge .3. self-cleaning : Screw axis rotation ,It pushes the float ring continuous rotation ,Equipment rely on the fixing ring and float ring to move between consecutive since the cleaning process ,Skillfully avoided Traditional dewatering machine common plugging problem .Our company are always focusing on independent technology innovation of themselves. Working process
1. Confirm which kind flocculant will be used and confirm the adding ratio.
2. Before take on dewatering,please infuse flocculant,dilution of PAM is 500-1000 times.Sludge will be taken to mixed flocculation tank by sludge pump and PAM liquid will be sent to this tank by chemical feed pump too.Then mixer will mix them together,until from alumen floc.Then sludge will taken on dewatering process, and filter liquid will be squeezed out and flow back to raw water tank.
3. After concentrate,sludge will be pushed forward at the force of screw axis,at the influence of all kinds of force,sludge will take on dewatering in squeeze process,the filter liquid have high soild content,so this liquid will flow back to mixed flocculation tank to taken on dewatering again.
4. After dewatering,mud cake will be discharged from outlet,they will be send to converyor and taken to tippers,then they will be sent to dry field.
