For storage tank / tower fabrication and on site construction, we begin to R & D of its automatic equipments and turn-key whole solution since year 2001. After years of development, NAEC developed different fabrication and construction machines for various seams of Oil Storage Tank / LNG Tank / Tower / Tank Farm. The automatic tank welding machines we developed meet CE standard. In the meantime, we also developed matched equipments for top-to-bottom construction method, which has been widely applied in both China Strategic Oil Storage Project and oversea tank construction project.

 

Now we have  matured whole solution & equipment for both bottom-to-top and top-to-bottom tank construction. By NAEC solution, we can help our client to finish one tank construction within one month. The X-ray first qualification rate is no less than 99.5%. And the mechanical performance meets the requirements of low-temperature impact test.

 

Features:

1	Matching with all automatic welding equipments
2	Module design, a small hydraulic power pack with 5 cylinders, each module can be connected synchronously
3	The lifting capacity of each cylinder is 25T(18T, 100%)
4	PLC control, synchronously lifting
