1. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
You can tell me which model samples you need and send me pictures to confirm.
We will charge you sample cost and shipping cost (if need) .
2. How long can I get samples?
Samples will be ready for 3-5 days and will be sent out via express.
3. Can you do the OEM/ODM for us?
Yes. We are warmly welcome OEM orders, We are factory with more than 10 years of OEM or ODM experience.
4. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the quantity and the season you place the order.
The lead time of MOQ is about 25 to 35 days.
5. What is your terms of delivery?
We are accept EXW, FOB, etc.
You can choose the one which is convenient or cost-effective for you.
6.What are the terms of payments you offer?
Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods exchanging.
Payment of T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Escrow, cash etc. would be accepted.
7.How is your quality?
We always send good quality products to you, all the products have been 100% well tested before shipment.
8. About refund for products:
1) If not the quality problem, we will not be responsible for it.
2) If client use wrongly then cause product broken/destroy/defective, etc, we will not responsible for it.
3) If client not like the products and want to refund, client have to undertake all shipping cost(include we send to him or client send back), and because of the goods return then cause any tax, client have to pay.
4) Client return goods have to make sure the package is good. If we receive the returned goods and it was destroyed or broken, we will not refund!
9.After client receive goods:
Please check the goods when it was delivered within 5days. If there is any problem, please let us know and to solve. After 5days, we will not deal with it.
