Description

The wet production of sodium silicate is a production method of reaction of liquid caustic soda and quartz sand at high temperature and pressure to get the sodium silicate. This mode of production has significant advantages as follows: The investment is low; The process is simple and easy to operate; Environmental protection and economy, no waste gas production and so on. We can produce sodium silicate products with modulus below 2.5. We can provide consultation, design, supply, installation, debugging training and other services of complete sets of wet process sodium silicate production line with over 5000 tons/year according to customer demand.

Process introduction:Mix quartz sand and liquid caustic soda evenly in the slurry tank. Then, put into the reaction kettle and filled with steam. After the reaction under high temperature and pressure, the sodium silicate solution is obtained. The sodium silicate solution is punched into the filter press, and the clarified liquid product is obtained after filtration. The finished product can be put into finished product tank through pump and then sent to the product warehouse.
