Product Description
Pure Copper Conductor material and with laminated flexible COPPER BUSBAR
Press welding is to press the copper foil laminates together, using molecular diffusion welding, through high current heating pressure welding molding. Butt welding.
Copper foil: 0.05mm to 0.3mm thick.
The contact surface can be plated with tin or silver as required by users.
Instructions for pressure welding
To ensure the smoothness of the contact surface,
When A is bigger than 90 mm and B is bigger than 60 mm, the pressure welding process of contact surface bonded copper plate (1 mm thick) is adopted. See diagram
(I) scheme.
When the A is greater than 140mm and B is greater than 130mm,
the brazing process is shown in the plan (II).
Technical parameter
The width, length and drilling holes not included in the table below can be processed according to user requirements.
The allowable carrying capacity is the reference value.
This value is related to the installation and use conditions of the soft connection
