1. Q: Can I get a sample to show around to buyers? 

A: Yes. Once all details of your ideal are conveyed we will design and manufacture a prototype sample that you can show buyers.

2. Q: How much for customizing one plush sample? Sample time?
A: This is depends on the complexity of your ideal or artwork. Normally need $50.00~$150.00 or more.It will be refund after get your order.As usually it will be took 2~7 days for one kind of sample.

3. Q: How do I Protect my idea? 
A: We will sign a NDA(Non Disclosure Agreement) with you this means we cannot show or reproduce your product without your permission.

4. Q: What is your minimum order? 
A: 500piece as normally but can be less if we have stock material.

5. Q: Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush toy? 
A: Yes. We can add your logo or name on plush toy in various ways. We can make your logo on the face of plush toy by silk screening or embroidery. We also can provide your own hang tags or sewing label. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage.

6. Q: Can I choose material for my customize plush toy and special packing? 
A: Yes, You can. We can discuss together to choose suitable, safety, non-harmful material to make nice sample.We can pack your toy in simple polybag or can design a full color display box. Just let us know your requirement.

7. Q: How long does it take for production? 
A: It depends on your order quantity. Approximately 30~45days after the prototype is approved and get your deposit.

8. Q: Will my toys be safe
A. Yes. All of our toy can meet EN 71, CE, ASTM, CPSIA, REACH, AZO and other standard. If you need we can supply testing report by third part testing lab like SGS, TUV, BV

9. Q: Do you make anything else besides plush toys?
A: Yes, We make lots of different items including pet toy, baby toy, baby blankets, pillow/cushion, baby rattle,doudou and more.
