Successor of the long run tri-ply series. Quattro IH has an extra aluminum layer to achieve better heat conductivity and even heat distribution. Even though a layer had been added, the total weight is more than 10% lighter. It is thinner than it's previous tri-ply model and yet stronger with better performance.  The nonstick coating is the top of the line "Chemors Teflon Profile". The latest development of Teflon coating gives an amazing non-stick performance and very durable. Proudly made in Japan shaving off all unnecessary weight while keeping maximum strength. The even heat distribution is precisely calculated to achieve the best performance possible. There is a wide range of sizes to choose from 18cm to 28cm frying pans, woks and Japanese rectangle egg pans. 

 

Quattro IH performs especially well with high output induction stove such as 3kw because of it's solid structure. Needless to say, the pan performs very well with all heat source except oven and microwave cooker and promises very well balanced heat reserve, conductivity and even distribution.   Bigger size can be manufactured with certain amount of minimum order quantity.
