Rare Earth Magnet Roller Separator 

Rare Earth Magnet Roller Separator is a reliable solution for the continuous extraction of ferrous metals from a product stream. Magnetic pulley are installed as a replacement head pulley at the discharge end of a conveyor to separate the ferrous material away from the non-ferrous materials.

1. Magnetic roller is assembled by NdFeb (Rare Earth) magnets, the magnetic force on the roller surface could 

Reach 15000Gauss Max.
2. Roller surface is protected by high abrasion-resistance polyurethane with F.D.A standard and great hardness.

Notes:

The are two type of magnetic head roller system design

1. High gauss (15000gauss max )on the roller surface but with short magnetic force depth, only very thin belt can be used over the roller.

2. The magnetic force of this type can not as high as the other one, but the magnetic force depth is much better, mostly application will use this type of roller.
