2. Principle of Computerized mattress quilting machine

The computerized quilting machine adopts XY-Z motion working systems. The XY axis controls the movement of quilting head , the Z axis controls the quilting.

1. Z-axis direction -control the movement of the quilting needle up and down.

2. X-axis direction - control the left and right movement of the quilting machine head.

3. Y-axis direction - control the front and rear movement of the quilting machine head.
