Details:
Frame
The greenhouse frame is made by the materials of hot dip galvanized steel pipes, connected by screws, bolts or suitable connectors. The roof can be pitched roof (supported by rectangular tubes) or arched roof (supported by circular tubes). The uprights of greenhouse is made by the rectangular tubes.The frame structure is anti-corrosion and high-temperature resistant.
The main body can be in service for more than 10 years.
Covering materials
The PO film has high light transmittance,the surface has dust-proof effect, light weight,good corrosion resistance, strong heat preservation performance,aging and high toughness.
PE, PVC and other coveing materials are also avaliable according to requriement.

Cooling system

Light Compensating System
Illumination is the critical factor in plant growth, so the greenhouse light compensating system has become an indispensable equipment. The use of artificial light source can compensate for intimate sunlight to crops, which can improve the yield and product efficient.
Distribution system
Greenhouse system configuration control box, according to the control object, press manual start and stop control respectively. Controlled by direct manipulation of the contactor via the panel switch.
Outside shading system
In summer,the solar radiant heat load entering the greenhouse is very high.the shading system can block most of the solar radiation, the greenhouse can have the ideal temperature and humidity environment using with cooling system, and it can save the operation cost and energy consumption.
Inside shading system
With excellent shading effect of high-purity aluminum foil , the system can effectively reduce the temperature inside the greenhouse during the hot summer, and the reflection function of the surface of high-purity aluminum foil can block the cold air outside the greenhouse in winter, and also has internal insulation performance.
Heating system
Fin tube radiator
Based on boiler as heat source, it’s together with fin tube radiator to heat the indoor area of the greenhouse.It has no side-effect on the crop growth and also has anti-corrosion, long lifetime and other advantages.
Air heater
The system equipped with a flame detection device,
operated fully automaticly, which make the combustion
safe and reliable.
