Product Description
The HIIT Crate is an all-in-one workout station designed for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and group training. Trainers and athletes alike will benefit from all that the HIIT Crate has to offer, which includes storage for all the essential equipment needed for effective workout sessions as well as serving as a station for various exercises.
The HIIT Crate weighs 242 pounds to provide a super stable, sturdy foundation, with dimensions measuring 47.5”L x 17"W x 22.5”H. A large loop located at the bottom serves as an anchoring point for a battle rope. Small loops at the top of the Crate can be used for attaching our Medusa Bands and resistance bands.
Comfort Meets Durability The HIIT Crate’s construction combines an adjustable back pad and seat cushion for 5 angles, from flat to incline, with each angle labeled for easy identification and to help group training classes move seamlessly. The cushions are made with high-quality foam that keeps its shape and support over time. Heavy duty, anti-slip upholstery adds to the crate’s durability.
Storage HIIT Crate features storage for equipment that covers various facets of fitness, including strength, cardio, conditioning, and mobility. When fully loaded, the crate can hold 3 pairs of dumbbells, 2 kettlebells, 2 slam balls, resistance bands, and it also features a phone storage slot. Labeled equipment markers help athletes to quickly grab the needed equipment and to easily put items back in place.
Easy Transport Moving the Crate around your training space is no problem, even with the added accessories, thanks to the easy-pedal and lock design. To move the Crate, simply press down on the easy-pedal to release the feet and you can roll the HIIT Crate with 360 degree portability - no tilting or lifting is necessary. To keep the Crate from moving during use, simply press down again on the easy-pedals to engage locks to set the feet in back place.
Ships fully assembled in wood crate to ensure it arrives in new condition.
