1.HX-76HD Fully automatic PLC computer Vacuum blister forming machine applications :

 

This blister forming machine  is adapted for PVC, PET, PP, PC, PEGT, CPET, OPP, POF, PS, ABS, EVA etc, It can transform plastic sheets into various plastic blisters. Different forming moulds enable to have different forming shapes. These blisters are widely used in Toys, hardware, food, electronics, medicines, daily necessities, clothing, and ceilings, siding, cake boxes, automotive materials and sanitary materials with three-dimensional relief patterns form a beautiful lining and outer packaging, making the products refreshing and enhancing competition.

 

2. HX-76HD Fully automatic PLC computer blister forming machine main feature.

(1)Energy saving

  a)The heating brick adopts the latest quartz energy-saving heat transfer, which saves 20% compared with the traditional heating brick;

  b) The heating brick adopts the computer one-button heating design, the temperature can be set in 1 minute, the heating brick is preheated for 5 minutes to produce the product, and the traditional heating to preheating takes 20-30 minutes to produce the product.

   c) Special heating furnace adjustment function, the misalignment adjustment can save 1/6;

(2) Material saving

a) Adopt variable frequency motor pull-tab, the pulling speed is fast, the transmission error is ±1mm, and the material and power loss are reduced;

b) Adopt new aluminum + steel girders, purchase material width = die width +25-30mm (conventional machine needs +40-50mm), for example: 180 tons of material per year, calculated according to die width 600mm, calculated by saving material 10mm, That is to save 1/60 material, saving 3 tons of raw materials a year;

(3) Efficient

a) Cold air motor is twice as powerful as conventional motor and cools faster

b) 5P dual fan cooling chiller, good cooling effect, can increase production speed;

(4) Data storage

 The computer can remember to save the parameters. When the next production, directly call the parameters to reduce the debugging time and improve the efficiency.

1.  If  I order this machine, and how can l learn to operate it? Do you offer any help? Would it be charged?
Answer: Shenzhen Hengxing Machinery Factory will provide our after sales service to our customers. Once you get the machine, meanwhile you will get our operation instruction which would detailed explain all about the machine operation. Besides, our operation video is available for your operation reference. If either instruction or video can not help you, and we will arrange the our engineer contact you via international telephone conference or via face to face mutual video conference.

All above service is free.
The service cost in customers` country was not included if requires oversea service.

2.About The Warranty:
Answer: One year warranty. Within one year, the initial parts or elements of the machine broke down cause by the raw material and our hand work, Shenzhen Hengxing Machinery Factory would replace the parts freely, but the freight charge and the consumable parts like die, cutting mould were not included. The warranty is not valid if the machine damage due to customers` wrong operation or caused by force majeure factors.

3.How to order raw material ?
Answer: We can help you to find raw material supplier, and also we can help you to order if need. And if possible, we will arrange the machine and the raw material sending to you together.

4..Do you have any other model ?
Answer: Of course . We have different choice for you, and if all our models that`s not what you want, and you can tell us your details and we can custom make for you. Or OEM is available.
5.What is the power supply?
Answer : Normally, there are 220v and 380v, and if you need other choice, just tell us, and we can custom make for you. Or OEM is available.

6.Is this machine need a mould ? Then what kind of mould should it be? How can I sure the mould is what I need?
Answer: Yes, it needs mould, Cost will be base on the size.
