Raw materials are some agricultural wastes wood and biomass wastes, such as sawdust,wood branches, wood logs, rice husk, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell, coconut shell, sunflower shell, furfural dregs, cotton stalks, corn stalks, sesame straw, corncob and etc.
The raw materials diameter should be 3-5mm, and the moisture should be 8%-12%.
Working principle is using screw propeller's high pressure and heating ring's high temperature, compress and extrude loose biomass in to high density wood briquettes.
Finished wood briquettes are hollow quadr angular, hexagonal or cylindrical 50-80 mm diameter rod shape. It can used as fuel, boiler heating, cooking, and other field. Especially after carbonized, not only it has long burning time, but also smokeless, smelless, clean, widely used in barbecue market.

1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
