Circuit principle
Q1 and its peripheral circuits form a simple circuit. The MIC converts the sound signal into an electrical signal, which is coupled to Q1 for amplification by C3, and forms a high and low voltage signal at the collector of Q1. The voltage of sufficient amplitude is sent to CD4017. Counting the input terminal (14 feet), every time a pulse is received, the high level of the Q0-9 output of the counter is sequentially shifted by 1 bit to illuminate the corresponding LED, thereby generating a feeling of running water. L11 is connected to the 4017 count output terminal CO. When L1-5 is lit, the CO end of 4017 outputs a high level and lights up L11. When L6-10 is lit, the CO end outputs a low level, and L11 does not light. If you think that L11 is unsightly, you can also install it without affecting the circuit.
