KG910A crawler mounted DTH drilling rig machine is used for mine and rock drilling with air hammer and bit. An air compressor is needed when it is working on site.

1, Powerful and reliable engine

    Adopt famous Yucai brand 2-cylinder diesel engine as driving force which has advantages of large power, powerful grade ability, small vibration and reliable operation. Adopt diesel engine air inlet filtration system strengthing the adaptability of the drilling rig to severe environment and extented the diesel engine's service life.

 

2, Adjustable boom

    The beam of drilling rig is adjustable. The angle and horizontal hole of drilled hole can be adjustable by controlling the stretch out and draw back of the hydraulic cylinder which increase the range of drilling hole and improve the equipment's adaptablity.

 

3, Reliable hydraulic system

    Adopts special hydraulic components improving the system's stability and reliability.

 

    Install of oil liquid cooling device to eliminate the heat hydraulic oil's influence to the system.

 

    Oil supplied by two independent gear pumps makes it has reliable operation and easy maintement.

 

    Uses of gear transmission and soft connection, compact structure and stable operation.

 

4, Humanized Design

    Adopt  swing beam type travelling control mechanism. It can be operated at the side or back position travelling on the mountain road.

 

    Equipped with thoughfully designed hood, easy to maintain.
