Galvanized steel stainless steel evaporative condenser coil for refrigeration compressors
The condenser coil is made by top quality steel pipe. For closed circuit cooling tower, stainless steel material are available , And for evaporative condenser, stainless steel and galvanized steel are selected mostly for customer.
We have many different types coil tube available. The coil tube is selected based on operating requirements, such like elliptical tube, finned tube, wave tube, compound tube etc.

Condensing coil
1.Material:Top-quality seamless steel tube Φ25mm(GB/T8163)
2.The design pressure is 1.97Mpa and all the coils have been pneumatically tested 2 times at 2.5Mpa to avoid leakage.
3.The stainless steel coil, we have 304 ss,316 ss,321ss materials. The width of the coil can be either 1.0mm or 1.5mm.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Main Features
1 overall hot dip galvanized and high quality stainless steel (preservative, long life)
2. Special tube arrangement ensures smarter size and higher heat exchange rate. high cooling efficiency.
3. All tubes were tested 2 times at 2.5 MPa.
4. A special elliptical tube ensures better contact of water on the outer surface of the tube, reducing the possibility of fouling on the surface of the coil.
