Q: Can I have details about your company? A: We are a factory based company, specialized in producing various kinds of sports equipment. Our wide product ranges cover soccer table, foosball table, snooker table, tennis table, air hockey, skate board, etc.
Q: Where is your factory? A: Our factory is located in Huizhou area, only one hour and half from Hong Kong.
Q: How many workers in your factory? A: We have 175 experienced workers with over 3 years experience. Also, we have in house R & D department.
Q: Can I visit you at available time? A: For sure. You are warmly welcome to visit us at your convenient time. Once you confirm your schedule please let us know. We would be very glad to assist you to book the hotel and flight. We can pick you up at your hotel to our factory.
[Sample Order Tips ]
Q: How can I get a sample? A: Before start your sampling, we need to confirm product details with you including specification to avoid any possible misunderstanding. After confirm every details, we will send you a sample invoice for your handling on payment. Once we receive your full payment, we will arrange the sampling.
Q: How long for sampling? A: It usually needs 7-15 days. The actual time is up to how busy sampling line is.
Q: What payment for sampling? A: We provide customers with many different payment methods for their handling. It includes paypal, west union, credit card, TT, etc.
Q: How about the delivery time for sample? A: The delivery time for sample is up to the transportation you chosen. For air or express, it only needs several days. For sea, it may need around over 20 days.
[Mass Order Notes] Q: What’s MOQ? A: For mass order, the MOQ is mainly decided by the actual graphic design. For customized graphic design, the MOQ would need to be no less than 500 pcs or more. The reason is that printer has a printing machine operating charge. If occasionally we have some stock for graphic you are interested in, the MOQ would be 100 pcs instead of 500 pcs. For some models without any graphic, the MOQ is 20 pcs.
Q: What’s the lead time for mass order? A: For FCL order, the lead time is usually 35~40 days from the date we receive your deposit or original L/C.
Q: What types of price term you can offer? A: Our price term is mostly FOB Shenzhen. Also, we can do CIF your port but we need to know the nearest port to your place.
Q: What payment term for mass order? A: For mass order, we can accept TT, irrevocable L/C at sight. For small amount, we also can accept paypal.
[Quality Assurance] Q: Is there any quality guarantee for your product? A: Usually, we offer our customers 6 months quality guarantee for our products. It only suits the condition of proper use on the products.
