Depending on the applicable fire regulations the materials used are rated to either class E2, class E1. Installed with a special metal hat profile

screwed in the length and the width to the subconstruction.  

Our various acoustic patterns are tested and documented to achieve known sound absorption coefficients for both walls and ceilings. It is also

possible to create your own perforation pattern. Standard perforations are available in 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm diameter holes spaced 16mm or

32mm on center in both square and diamond patterns.

1> First fix the aluminum profile onto the wooden frame or bottom board, and the suggested distance about 600mm.
2> Filled the 32-64 kg/m density acoustic wool among aluminum profiles.
3> Use the clips to fix the perforated acoustic panel to the aluminum profile.
4> When install several acoustic panel, the suggested distance between two pieces is 2-3mm.

It's widely used at gymnasium, cinema, meeting room, office, music hall, auditorium, concert hall, recording studio workshops etc. Any places where need sound absorption effect.
