1: What details you need to know if I want to customized paper cups?

Answer: We are a factroy. Just reply and send images the following questions enough.

1) Double layer wall or one layer wall?

2) Double PE/PLA or one PE/PLA?

3) What about the volume and the quantity for each volume?

4) how much are your target prices?

5) For hot drink or cold drink?

6) Send your logo or pattern to me if need to print on the cup wall.

7) Do you need plastic lids?

2. Do you provide free samples?

Answer: Yes. No problem. if the cups you required have no stocks, pls pay it for a sample order. the samples cost will be refundED when begin the bulk production.

3. What about your payment method?

Answer: We support Paypal, T/T, Western Union, Alibaba online TRANSACTION etc.

4. How can I communicate with you if I don’t know English or Chinese?

Answer: We can offer a translator with you during your visit.

5. What about the shipment?

Answer: At first we will estimate the total volume to select a suitable transportation, like express, ocean shipping or air shipping. Considering they belong to light cargo, i will try my best to choose a cheapest one. Of course, in our experience, the quantity which fill up 40HQ containers is the cheapest transportation.
