1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer, we own strong productivity, advanced equipments and skilled employees. 

2. How to order and obtain your own products?

1) According to the information you provide, we can supply right products. Please show instructions as detailed as possible then let us know so as to provide more professional service for you.

2) Our official quotation will provide you with detailed product information.

3) Please kindly provide design drawings in PDF or AI format, the picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

4) If it is a new size, the grinding tool needs to be opened, and the mold shall be completed within 1 month after the payment of the mold fee. 

5) The mold fee needs to be paid in full.

6) The sample shall be sent out within 7 days after the mold is ready.

7) Payment: 30% advanced, 70% against copy of B/L.

8) Batch productions, shipping mark is required before production.

3. Can we customize products that the market never display before?

Yes, we have a development department. We can create personalized products according to your design drawings or samples. If you need new molds, we can open new molds to produce the products you prefer.
